Raised in New York, I studied journalism at the New School for Social Research, Sociology at Brooklyn College and design at New York School of Interior Design. I segued from Art Direction into Production Design and have 27 films to my credit with one nomination for an HBO feature, "Long Gone". When I sold my first screenplay, I joined WGA,w and alternated careers between writing on assignment and Production Design.
In May 2014 I was one of two Americans accepted into the Plume et Pellicule DreamAgo Screenwriting Workshop in Sierre, Switzerland for "Holy Mackerel". There were only 9 of us in the program. I have since been accepted into "Meet Your Match" which took place in Los Angeles Nov. 2014.
In May 2015, I was the only American accepted into the Plume et Pellicule DreamAgo Screenwriting Workshop in Sierre, Switzerland for "Pardon Me For Living". There were 11 of us in the program.
In Dec/ 2015 "Holy Mackerel" won 3rd Place in the ISA Emerging Screenwriters Competition.
