Which festivals am I submitting to?

All 10.  One submission counts as multiple submissions to all of our festivals.

Can I win at more than one festival?

No you can't win more than one. As the prize is being nominated in our end of season awards, each script can only be nominated once.

If I submit after the date of one of the festivals am I only considered now for three?

No, you will always be considered for each city per submission, 10 in total. For example if you submit in August 2015, you will be considered first for Los Angeles, Amsterdam and London in 2015 and then for the next Liverpool Lift-Off Film Festival in 2016.
