In the Master Class, you may write alone, but you’re never on your own. Whether you’re in a group class or working privately with me, I foster a supportive, positive environment that’s focused on the craft, the work and the real world, not on theory.
There are no "live" logins, with the exceptions of a few Skype calls with me, if you choose. Most of this course is taught via direct email threads. There are no auto-emails used in the Story Maps Master Class!

If you take the fall 2017 course, by the time Halloween rolls around, you will have a full Story Map, scene list and your first script pages. And by the end of the course, if you really want to be a rock star, you’ll have a completed screenplay.
Perhaps most exciting of all, for those who complete their screenplay and get it to a high level of quality, an advisor will often read it and consider it for representation or development. At the least, this course gives you exposure and access that you would rarely get as an unsolicited writer.
