Bill Kelly is an American screenwriter whose screenplay credits include Disney's Enchanted, Premonition starring Sandra Bullock, and Blast From The Past starring Brendan Fraser. Bill grew up in Chicago, IL and studied journalism before moving to Los Angeles to pursue television writing. He worked as an assistant for various studios where he read tons of film scripts and began writing features soon after. Bill is currently working on several projects and continues to write, write, write!
