M Rowan Meyer - Cloistered

M Rowan Meyer is a writer, producer and performer based in NYC. His comedy pilot "Patient" is currently in post-production, set for release in the spring of 2020. The script won best half-hour teleplay at Cinequest Film Festival, Creative World Awards, The Great American Script Contest, Moondance Int'l Film Festival, and Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood, as well as being named a finalist or semifinalist in over 25 other competitions. Published works include "Freak Week", co-authored with 2x New York Times Bestseller and E-Network star, Grace Helbig, "Tiny Fiction; a collection of 300 very, very short stories", and "Cancelled", a short play that has received over 10 productions across the country. Upcoming projects include producing and directing his short film "Capsule", finishing two new pilots and a play, and planning a wedding with his incredible partner, Matthew. Thank you to TRMS and ISA for this unforgettable experience. www.mrowanmeyer.com

The table read will be directed by Jerren Lauder.

Jerren went to film school in Fullerton, CA, thinking he would be the next Terrence Malick. After making a 30-minute film entirely of wheat blowing in the wind, he said "NOPE" and started working on genre films instead, where his talents are better suited.

He recently directed his first feature film, Stay Out of the F*cking Attic, for Top Dead Center Films. He has directed comedy, genre and animation content for Fox Digital, Machinima, and Super Deluxe.  He and his writing partner Jesse recently optioned their horror/revenge script, Borderline to Patriot Pictures and are currently being spotlighted on the ISA Top 25 Writers to Watch 2020 list.

Jerren’s a pretty good guy, ask anybody. Except his uncle Rick. That guy’s a liar.
