Table Read My Screenplay London 2016 Soho House Showcase.


The International Screenwriters' Association and Table Read My Screenplay London 2016 are proud to announce a Showcase Special Event highlighting three award-winning writers at Soho House London. 




Join us for an enlightening introduction to the script by the screenwriter, followed by selected excerpts performed by professionals, to highlight the essence of the writing style.


This will be an opportunity to meet all three award winning writers, chat to the actors, and meet some other like minded individuals in the film and TV industry at the bar afterwards.

Grand Prize Winner Mark Grisar's script Cleaning House is American Beauty meets Gone Girl. A fantastic thriller, with increasingly threatening stakes and a web of deceit that keeps you guessing till the end.


LOGLINE: Max leads a dull existence till his housekeeper tries to rob him while his wife tries to kill him. When both plans go awry, Max finds himself a wanted fugitive.



ISA London Award winner Felix Morgan's Script Thanks For The Memories is an intriguing psychological tale pondering the value of experience over recollections.


LOGLINE: A man wanders into a travel agents to book a once in a lifetime holiday, only to find out he'll be paying with something different than money.



Film London: Film London ‘London Calling' grant recipient James Wren's script Castle Bay. A cross between Local Hero and Waking Ned, Castle Bay is a gentle, feel good comedy about family, community and learning lessons from the past, set in the Scottish Highlands involving castles, family, whisky, and ram's piss.


LOGLINE: Inspired by a true story, the McNeil clan need to come together to save the families legacy - their renowned whisky distillery by brokering a deal to lease their historical Kisimul Castle, past and present collide in this epic tale.
