Hi - sorry I've only just been able to start this course! Was wondering if anybody could help clarify this idea for me:

A respected but hypochondriac medical journalist has to give up his daily meds in order to qualify his bad review for a suspect new painkiller.

Hello Annabel,

1. A respected medical journalist must give up his hypochondriac medication for a new painkiller to promote his review, but soon learns the importance of a sound mind.

2. When a respected medical journalist gives up his hypochondriac medication for a new painkiller, his world comes tumbling down.

Just an example. write it a couple of times until it is clear what the story about. Conflict must be certain.

Hope that helps.

Hi Annabel,

Try this logline on for size:

"A medical journalist reviews a new painkiller but both the drug and his review are suspect, to prove the validity of his facts he must give up his hypocondriactic ways or lose his reputation."
