Still can only access basic
I paid for the connect upgrade, but still only have access to basic membership. Money has been removed from my credit card, but I can't make my profile public or find gigs. I have written several times to support with no results.

Oh snap. I just did the same thing just now, and you've got me worried; seeing as this was posted 50 weeks ago with no resolve ><
Hope you figured it out. I think I'll call my credit card to tell them to cancel in the next 24 hours.
