Julia Skikavich has been named a 2020 ISA Fast Track Fellow. Julia's pilot scripts -- MISSING PIECES and SURVIVORS: B.S. -- were the basis of her selection. Fellowship judges said Julia's "writing is personal yet entertaining, gripping and compelling, wildly specific and yet also relatable." Julia is an award-winning screenwriter, online producer, and journalist. Both scripts have previously won and placed in several contests and have been hailed for their women-centric approach in tackling intractable social issues, centred on wholly relevant discussions. Julia holds degrees in screenwriting, journalism and political science. She has worked on a variety of news programs, factual entertainment and reality series.

EVERYTHING AND NOTHING, based on a true story about the desperate fight to protect endangered black rhino from poachers in the Eastern Cape, won second place for the 2020 Table Read My Screenplay - Park City competition. Meyers, who is the inaugural winner of the Sloan Foundation grant for screenwriting in partnership with the Athena Film Festival, is developing a sizzle reel to support the screenplay and the book it is based on.

The actors joined me for rehearsals several days before the FF. Then they table read my screenplay before an enthusiastic and attentive audience.

With ODIUM winning Table Read My Screenplay, and Annika being a Top 25 Screenwriter, she and her team got into the WIF/SUNDANCE finance intensive where they pitched to 7 companies, including Endeavor and Big Beach. They ended up signing a shopping agreement with Amy Ahn (formerly WME/Endeavor), to accumulate financing at 1.2 million, with Annika set to direct.
