Program Description

The mission of the festival is designed as a platform for talented artists to be recognized for their projects and more importantly, get them the industry exposure to help sustain their craft.

We are accepting short films up to 20 minutes, One Hour TV Pilots up to 60 pages, 1/2 Hour TV Pilots up to 30 pages, feature screenplays between 90-120 pages, short screenplays between 1-25 pages, and acting reels up to 90 seconds

All entries receive feedback.

In addition to scripts, films and workshops, the Oct. 19, 2025, event will feature music, food, a silent auction and more.

Kimberly Skyrme

Kimberly Skyrme has been a cinematic STORYTELLER for over three decades. Her first stop in the industry, Casting! She is a CSA Casting Director and considers herself an ARTIST and her medium is ACTORS!

David Greenberg

David J. Greenberg has written or doctored over 60 screenplays. His screenplay, Prisoner Trump: The Don of Cell Block B was produced in 2024 and released to streaming. His feature Stomping Ground premiered is distributed by Breaking Glass Pictures.

Brigette ReDavid

Brigette ReDavid is a former journalist who writes, produces and directs films and plays. The screenplay she co-wrote The Boys In Red is set for production in Fall 2025. Her feature screenplay Molly is in development.

Michelle Sligh

Michelle Sligh is a film & television producer and the Founder and Executive Director of New Hope Studios, a film studio currently in preconstruction in Brunswick, Georgia. She is also spearheading the development of a Film Commission.

Anthony Wilcox

Anthony studied acting at Rowan University and has been acting for 20 years on stage and screen. He began his theatrical career at the South Camden Theatre of Camden, NJ, and has since graced many stages as well as in films and on TV.

Rich Henkels

An Emmy Award winning TV sportscaster and Executive Sales professional, Rich Henkels refers to his new career as "Rich Henkels 3.0". He is a 15-year veteran of the TV news world and plunged back into the entertainment industry over 8 years ago.

Maegan Capistrano

Maegan Capistrano is a professional script reader who lives in Los Angeles. She is reading for the second year for the Off Page Film Festival.

Danny Belinkie

Danny Belinkie  is a Philadelphia-based filmmaker with a concentration in cinematography and still photography. His narrative work includes numerous feature and short films, as well as music and dance videos. His corporate clients include Amazon, Google, American Eagle Outfitters, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Los Angeles Unified School District. As a DoP he prides himself on fostering a positive on-set environment.

Rules

Feature Screenplays should be between 90-120 pages.
Short Screenplays should be under 25 pages.
1/2 Hour TV Pilots should be between 22- 35 pages.
One Hour TV Pilots should be between 45- 70 pages.
Scripts should be the original work of the submitter.
Submissions should not contain obscene material including content of sexual or pornographic nature, gore, or graphic violence.
All entrants who have not earned more than $25,000 in a staff writing position are eligible.
