Kelly practiced as a lawyer for two years and then thought, "Wow! I would rather die than keep doing this!" So she did the next best thing and quit. She is now an actor and an award-winning writer and director. She wrote, directed, and starred in Beacon (2023) on AMC FearHQ. She is also the creator of the narrative horror podcast Exile, and a TV host on TBS's SuperPunch and El Rey Network's El Rey Nation. She hosts the comedy podcast Teen Creeps, which has been featured in the AV Club's Podmass and Cosmopolitan's Best Podcasts of the Year.
