Ashley Hudson is a New York City native, who grew up inspired by the culture and chaos of being a city kid in the late 90s. A time when New York was the zenith of culture for film, live music, and the arts, but there was still a spark of danger and anarchy. Coming from a multi-generational film family, she quickly took to the business and has worked in production for nearly 20 years. The latter half as a script supervisor and writer’s assistant on major motion pictures and network television, such as The Time Traveler’s Wife, I Know This Much is True, Gotham, and Louie. As a script supervisor, she gained invaluable insight into the importance of the written word and was integral in the process of bringing those words to life through the marriage of creativity and technical craft. Now Ashley has returned to her true love and purpose for getting into film - storytelling - writing and developing her own feature screenplays and pilots. Her educational background is in writing, fine art, and sociology, with a Bachelor of Science from The New School.
