I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2008 with a BA in Theatre Performance and Creative Writing. I have been acting in theatre since 2001 and in film since 2007. I've been writing staged plays since 2004 and screenplays since 2006. I wrote, produced, and starred in my own two short films, 'Thank You' in 2012, and 'Interview with a Woman' which was just released on Youtube. I co-wrote a horror short, 'Siko', in 2018. I have volunteered as a host to screenwriting workshops here in Austin for several years, Wordsmiths, as part of the Austin Film Meet. I also co-hosted for the ISA in Austin, TX. I continue to write short films, features, and pilots, as well as, audition for acting parts. Accolades include: 'Extraction of Light' put me in the semi-finals for the NYC Midnight Screenplay Contest in 2016, 'T.I.V.D.' was a Semifinalist for Table Read My Screenplay - Action, Horror, Sci-Fi, Thriller in 2020  'Depressing Complications' was a Quarterfinalist in the Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards in Fall of 2021. 'Forked' was Honorable Mention, Bolt - BOLT 2023Quarterfinalist, Outstanding Screenplays TV Pilot Competition 2023Quarterfinalist, Scriptation Showcase - Teleplay Category 2023
