Ben Franz is a seasoned writer, instructor, and film scholar. He has served for the past decade, as a librarian of Film and other subjects at Medgar Evers College, for the City University of New York. He has worked on several films, including the Regional Emmy Award Winning 'Ecoviews: The Chesapeake Bay', The Pirate Captain Toledano, and MacGuffin.

He currently resides in Lone Tree, CO with his wife and dog and loves remote work.
