Biography

Bob just signed a contract for a feature deal on his legal thriller screenplay, THE DEVIL YOU KNOW. The production company says they expect to start filming this summer. 

Ingraham’s feature thriller, SMUGGLING IN SUBURBIA, was produced and aired on Lifetime. Based on the success of the first project, Ingraham was hired to write a second.

Bob recently completed a new political thriller, THOUGHTS & PRAYERS, about a quirky TV reporter wannabe who lands smack in the middle of the nation’s biggest story—when, on the Capitol steps, the Senator he’s interviewing is shot at—on camera. Turns out it’s no coincidence why.

Ingraham has been a semifinalist (top 5%) twice in the Academy’s Nicholl Fellowship—with a Las Vegas crime thriller, JACK OF HEARTS (aka POKER FACE), and a twisty heist film, POSSUM. Ingraham’s scripts have placed in numerous other competitions.

Another of Ingraham's political thrillers, DCeit, follows a Hollywood filmmaker who is brought to the White House to solve a PR problem and soon becomes ensnared in a coup attempt. The pitch deck for DCeit is available for those who would like to view it.

Bob’s crime drama TV pilot, ALIBI MAN, placed in the top 75 of the Tracking Board Launchpad TV Pilot competition. One of his shorts, THE DINNER PARTY, was filmed on 35mm for the festival circuit.

Ingraham has sold options on several screenplays— to actor Ashton Kutcher, Cary Brokaw's Avenue Pictures, producer Barry Rosenbush and others.

Ingraham has an MFA in Playwriting from the UC San Diego. His stage plays have been produced in Colorado, California and Arizona.
