I moved to NYC in 1990 where I became a Photographer working in Fashion and Music. My work has been seen in French Photo, ID, Spin, Vogue, Colors, Vibe, Interview, Paper, Trace, Surface, Liberatiòn, El Pais, Mademoiselle, New York Magazine and other publications. I've photographed celebrities such as Director David Cronenberg, Russell Simmons, Notorious B.I.G., Pharrell Williams, The Ramones, David Byrne, Thurston Moore, Chloe Sevigny, Jaime King and many others. I wrote my first screenplay for my feature film 'Ekaj', which I directing and filmed in 2015. The film went on to screen at 65 Film Festivals worldwide, garnering 29 awards and several nominations between the years 2016-2018. It's signed and distributed by Indie Rights (Worldwide). Since then, my screenplays have competed at several screenplay competitions such as, Oxford Fim Festival (Smi-Finalist), Oaxaca Film Festival's "Global Script Challenge"(Nominated), Fabrique Du Film Awards (Nominated), Katra Film Series (Winner Best Short Script), Snow Film Festival (Winner Best Short Script), Hip Hop Film Festival "ACT UP Screewriters Competition" (Finalist), International Christian Film Festival, Chicago Genre Screnplay Competition (Winner Best Cross Genre Screenplay), Queen Palm International Film Festival (Winner Best Short Script, Honorable Mention), Meraki Film Festival (Winner Best Feature Screenplay), Changing Faces international Film Festival (Finalist), The Lonely Seal Film Festival (Finalist) and others.
