Writer/Director and Producer since 1994.Returning to screenplay writing after having worked as an Animator, 3D animation artist and VFX supervisor for many years. My passion lies in writing. I believe in well structured 3 act movies, with hard hitting concepts and personal and emotional connection to the characters, both for me, but most importantly for the audience. I have directed 4 feature films and 2 feature documentaries in the past and one award winning short documentary in Sweden. I won the young filmmakers award at Hollywood Film Festival 1999 and after that worked on many projects, providing screenplay structure and character development.My strength in screenplay writing is structure and finding the essence of the story and the main character. Creating strong character arcs that simplify and convey the story, the strongest and most gripping way possible.I have worked on many screenplays with co-writers where my role during those projects have been solely structural, but often while working on finding the core in the story, this work often lets me add to the creative aspect of the story.While simplifying and making them 'page turners', this process often prompts new ideas that drive the original story in a more efficient way, with new twists and stronger relationships between the characters. I want to write. I want to create interesting story concepts and ways of telling stories where they are not only entertaining, but also carries value.
