Biography

Deanna Carlyle is an American novelist and produced screenwriter with comedy and mystery credits in Germany. She studied classics at Stanford (B.A.), where she acted in theater productions and student films. Her comedic novels are published under the pen name Gwen Ellery. Awards for her fiction and artwork include Presidential Scholar in the Arts and the Apprenticeships in Fiction award, sponsored by Arts Council England.
