Delaina M. Waldron is an Author. She wrote and published a children's book called, "Buddies" about bullying and a Paranormal/Thriller novel called, "HerStory" about a young African slave woman with special powers who is rescued by a Native American Tribe and she must overcome her fears of her dark past, survive the present and prevent the Indian tribes fatal outcomes.
She is also a Screenwriter and has written a Comedy/Sci-fi Feature called, "Oh Ship" that was a quarter finalist in the 2021 Filmatic Comedy Screenplay awards and a One hour Dramedy TV Pilot called, "Back Roots" that was also a quarter finalist in the 2021 Scriptation Showcase screenplay contest.
"Back Roots" about An outspoken black woman is sent back to slavery times in America and must adapt to the old ways or will the old ways adapt to her.
She wrote a comedy called "Ghetto Ghost Hunters" which was a Semi - finalist in the 2020 Ermantourage Screenplay contest and finalist in the 2011 Hollywood Screenwriting contest about a paranormal enthusiast and her oddball friends are the last resort to take on a housing project overrun by ghosts.
She produced and wrote a short thriller/sci-fi screenplay called, "ERA" which was a winner in the "NY Women in Film and Television" and "Go Indie TV' online shorts festival and selected by the "Black TV and Film Collective" and was a Nominee for "Moving Pictures Festival."

She produced and directed a visual/audio book for her children's book "Buddies" that was an official selection in the 2021 KidFilm and USA Film Festivals in Dallas.
