Huelah Lander loves writing. Except when it come to writing bios. Her Sci Fi script The Science of Happiness won gold at the PAGE international screenwriting awards and was the Grand Prize Finalist at Table Read My Screenplay Park City edition. She just signed her second option and her first writing assignment. She is currently working on an outline of a feature version of the Science of Happiness and on the first draft of a dark comedy, Uncanny Valley, about an insecure scientist who learns to love herself when she creates her exact AI robot double. She is also polishing two sitcoms: Sorry, Not Sorry about a free-spirited couch crashing Canadian who marries an uptight nerdy American so he can get Canadian citizenship and she can get a place to stay; and She Said, He Said about a couple in marriage counselling who create a comedic Rashomon effect when they revisit the highs and lows of their relationship. She\'s recently begun dabbling in VR and immersive storytelling, developing a slate with Hammer and Tong. And as if that wasn\'t keeping her busy enough, she also performs improv and performs and writes sketch comedy. She is a dual citizen of both Canada and Australia.
