Joseph "Maiingan" Braun is a former lawyer who practiced Indian Law on Native American reservations.  His mother was a member of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa located in Northeastern Minnesota.  Joseph himself is of mixed European and Native American heritage.  You must be wondering what "Maiingan" means.  It means "wolf" in the Ojibwe language. Having moved on from law practice, Joseph is now pursuing his creative dreams.  He is a film (and television) buff and a voracious reader of fiction.   He has written a feature film crime thriller called Tainted Justice and he has created a serialized television crime drama entitled Man Violent.  Joseph's credo is: "Never write something you would not love to watch yourself."
