KIM HORNSBY once had a stalker when she was a lounge singer on Maui. Years later, in Canada, her life was verbally threatened by a stranger and the RCMP were called in. That's probably why she writes women in suspenseful situations getting even with stalkers. She also loves to immerse her vivid imagination in Rom Coms and Christmas to balance out all that scary. As a produced and multi-optioned screenwriter as well as a USA TODAY Bestselling Author, Kim has sixteen published novels and as many screenplays and scripts in her portfolio.

Kim's Family Adventure movie, BRAVING RAPIDS released on streaming networks May 2025 and her Lifetime Thriller SECRET LIFE OF MY SECOND WIFE is due for a 2025 release. Christmas by Design is in post with a release at the end of the year.
