Margaret’s earliest writing was through journaling.  Her approachable “hairless canvas” is an easy conversation starter (albeit occasionally awkward) providing access to a large and varied demographic… “I have always loved listening and learning through the art of conversation,” says Baker who is currently writing her second feature, Silver Halos.   Prior to this, Margaret added two original TV Pilot Scripts to her arsenal with Emotional Currency(2020) and Naked (2019).  In 2015, she was asked to write the forward for Deeann Callis Graham’s Head-On Stories Of Alopecia.  Three years earlier, Margaret conducted over sixty interviews for her performance piece Women Behaving Baldly.  Her 2011 feature 2 Spirited, was a semi-finalist for the 2012 Sundance Writer’s Lab.  Baker penned and produced her very first script My Life As A Bald Soprano in 2008. “I love the problem solving found in screenwriting…It’s a never-ending puzzle with a myriad of possibilities.”  – Margaret H Baker
