Biography

I grew up in Pittsburgh, but have been living in Connecticut for the past 27 years. I have been writing fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction for over 30 years. Some of my books have been published and much of my other work has appeared in literary magazines and anthologies around the U.S. and abroad. I decided to write a screenplay a couple of years ago, rewrote it several times, and submitted it to contests. It has reached quarter final status in a couple of contests so far (Zoetrope and Screenwriters International).
