Enrolled Native American, part of the over-50 set, first in my family to graduate from college. For over two decades I had some limited success publishing books covering the history of South eastern Native American tribes until, in 2023 I took a stab at screenwriting. Over the few years that I have been screenwriting, I have already enjoyed having one of my scripts optioned by 11 Mile Productions as well as winning: Filmmatic Horror Screenplay Awards Quarterfinalist, Big Apple Film Festival Screenwriting Comp Honorable Mention, Richmond Int Film Fest Semi-finalist, Dallas Int Film Fest Quarter finalist and InkTip Script of the Week. My ultimate goal is to produce quality screenplays for professional producers and directors with an eye toward authentic portrayals of Indigenous peoples and tell important Indigenous stories from an Indigenous perspective.
