Tesh is a highly skilled and experienced media and management consultant. As Executive Director, he owned and managed a successful management & training consultancy company (Select Training Partnership Ltd.) for over 25 years, catering for clients within the public and private sectors. As a result of his consultancy & training experience, he has designed & implemented training programmes on desktop publishing, business start up & growth, change management, communications, media training, capacity building amongst others. Additionally, he owned and managed a successful radio station Hot Fm Smooth Grooves Radio Ltd. (for 4 years). The station showcased well over 30 radio shows and amassed over 150,000, listeners in 148 countries worldwide. With music promotion, Tesh has worked alongside musicians, producers, agents and concert organisations and undertaken a variety of voice over work (commercials, narrative, radio jingles & promos, news reading). Furthermore, Tesh has undertaken a variety of philanthropy & charity work for various organisations and companies with activities related to fundraising, business planning, management, health & safety, website development and project management. Tesh has considerable experience of business planning & management, project management, management consultancy, music management in relation to arts & cultural industries, radio broadcasting, music promotion, investment financing & fundraising, grant funding & bid development, voice overs and film & tv project development.
