Vanessa Carmona is an award-winning screenwriter and video producer. She has won, placed finalist spots, and gained international recognition for her scripts, including television pilot script, "Everything That Happened", which won the 2013 BBC Writer's Room script contest and lead to a series option with a UK-based production company and more recently Script Magazine and The Writer Store’s WriteStart Competition which was won with her historical drama script, "Everleigh Yours”. A Central California native, Vanessa studied as an undergrad at Columbia College in LA and The New School in NYC in the BA Film Production program and received her MFA in Screenwriting and Playwriting from Regents University in London.  I am a detail-oriented creative producer/writer and instructor. I work with production companies, agencies and mentees from Coast to Coast on a freelance and contract basis to manage, develop, and produce stand-out creative narrative content.
