Zach Kalinyak AKA Hank Slater is an American citizen, yet clerical error forced him to spend his teen years struggling to get an ID. He therefore has an understanding of the immigrant mentality of fighting the system for the right to work, which he finally won in 2019.

Unwilling to be lazy and idol Zach spent his teen years co-writing to get good at it, then was inspired to create multiple premises that are designed to invoke thought and inspire positive change.
