ISA Verified Pro - Academy Award nominated director is looking for concepts and potential feature screenplays set in a hotel. Thriller script preferred but keeping an open mind, especially with a well told genre mix story.

Psychological Depth: The story should be smart, twisting minds of characters AND audiences. It should have real depth to be discovered as the story unravels. It is vital to connect wholeheartedly to characters who undertake a strong emotional journey.

Limited characters: Should be a limited number of characters that work together as an compelling ensemble.

Location is in an abandoned, empty Grand Hotel set ideally in Switzerland. All that is left are the leftovers of a once golden era in the hotel. The story should solely be set in/around the Grand Hotel. Originality and out-of-the-box thinking in terms of story is an absolute must. 

To get the film actually made, it should be a concept that can be shot with limited budget, definitely not CGI heavy. Not opposed to serial potential. 

Tonality: Get Out, The Shining, A Quiet Place.
