The ISA is seeking a Social Media Coordinator!
We’re looking for a creative, go-getter and multi-tasker to join our marketing team and run our social media. You must have extensive, paid social media experience and understand how to utilize all major platforms. We’re looking for someone to expand our reach, attract influencers, and inspire and encourage writers through our existing social media platforms. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented job for a someone who wants to be a part of a growing company that believes in encouraging writers and guiding them toward success. We have a strong team of creatives who work well together and support one another.
The position will be 20 hours per week. And it has the potential to grow from there.
Rate: $18 to $20 based on experience
We are LA-based and work remotely.
Required skills:
Extensive experience in social media
Great multi-tasker
Experience in and knowledge of the film industry
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and detail oriented
Helpful to have:
Experience using Facebook Business Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager
Graphic design and copywriting experience
Marketing and/or communications experience
Duties include:
Posting for the ISA on social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Expanding our audiences across all platforms
Responding to customer inquiries that come through social channels
Fulfilling sponsor and sales agreements with 3rd parties
Brainstorming and continuing to develop engaging general content for our audience with guidance from Marketing Manager with special attention to Twitter
Creating graphics for social as needed and/or work from existing Canva templates
Promoting ISA products coordinating with plans developed by Marketing Manager and Creative Director
Live tweeting and posting during ISA online and eventually live events
Creating groups and events
