Evan is a thriller-obsessed screenwriter who hails from New York City. A graduate of USC's School of Cinematic Arts and Columbia University, his distinctions include being named a finalist in The Tracking Board Launch Pad, Script Pipeline and Roadmap JumpStart competitions. His thriller NIX, co-written with Jesse Keller, is currently in development at Untapped and Industry Works, with Andrew Corkin and Theo James attached as producers. Previously, he was tapped to develop a feature thriller at Zero Gravity and wrote an original feature on assignment for producer Jim Strong. In the past, he has been a reader in various development rooms and worked as a script analyst for the Sundance Feature Film Program. Most recently, he served as story editor on the award-winning documentary ONLY IN THEATERS and writes for a YouTube channel with over one million subscribers. A product of watching too many R-rated films at a young age, his favorite part of the sandbox includes dark and psychological genre fare of all stripes.
